This paper has reported the methodological reviews carried to analyses, evaluate, and synthesize the contemporary literature on personality traits used to assess and understand the several related concepts and frame work applied in the previous research work. Consequently, there were many studies related to the different issues pertaining to personality traits appeared in the literature later on 2002. Besides, literature published in related issues were scanned and selected for research work from various databases. Moreover, several research studies were reported issues on personality traits of students from various disciplines such as polytechnics, undergraduate, etc. Finally, this paper specially focused on what kinds (which way) of method were employed to assessing the person personal and psychological characteristics of different students of various course.
